Cacao Bliss & Drumming Beats

Start the day with a welcome meditation and a Vinyasa Yoga practise led by Gandha. Enjoy a homemade, vegetarian, light refreshment onsite before heading out for an invigorating walk in nature. Embark on the sacred Cacao Ceremony and Yoga Nidra with Shamanic Drumming with Iren Merdinyan from Cacao Connexion. 

If you have taken a day retreat with us before, you may have experienced a mini version of a Cacao Ceremony, which involved drinking 20 grams of Cacao before practising Yin Yoga. On this retreat, you will experience a FULL Cacao Ceremony and drink double the dose of raw, organic, ceremonial grade Cacao. Accompanied by the rhythmic beats of Shamanic Drumming, we’ll embark on a soul-stirring exploration through Yoga Nidra, tapping into the primordial rhythms of the Earth to awaken our inner wisdom and creativity.
