Build strength, mobility, and release tension in this 10-week Vinyasa Yoga course designed to support freer, more spacious movement in the hips, upper back, and shoulders.

Running from 6th May to 8th July 2025, this online course offers live one-hour classes every Tuesday at 7 PM GMT on Zoom.

Can’t make the live session? No problem—each class recording will be available for replay until the end of July 2025, allowing you the flexibility to practice at your own pace.

The Journey to Freedom:

Freedom in the body doesn’t just happen — it’s cultivated through intentional practice. This course is designed to help you feel stronger, more open, and more at ease, especially in the areas where we most commonly hold tension: the hips, upper back, and shoulders. You’ll move through intelligently sequenced flows and focused drills that improve posture, build support around key joints, and enhance range of motion.

Strengthen to Release:

Throughout the course, we’ll explore how building strength can actually create more space. By working with the body’s natural architecture, we’ll release habitual tension and unlock greater mobility and resilience. Expect a combination of dynamic movement, stabilising techniques, and mindful transitions — all aimed at helping you feel more spacious, aligned, and supported.

This course is suitable for all levels and especially helpful if you spend long hours sitting, feel restricted in your upper body or hips, or just want to bring more freedom and fluidity into your practice.
