Yoga Nidra Mini Course
I’m excited to offer you a 4-session Yoga Nidra mini-course that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
With this course, my aim is to take you on a journey into the practice of Yoga Nidra, a style of yoga that I personally love for its restorative benefits. Each session will explore different techniques used in Nidra and guide you into deep relaxation. If you practice this before bedtime, you’re likely to experience better quality, more restorative sleep.
This course is pre-recorded, once you purchase it, you will receive the tracks immediately via email and can start the course right away.
What to expect:
Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation, to simplify it, we could think of it as a very long savasana. Expect to lie down comfortably for the duration of the practise and be guided by my voice. Read more about Yoga Nidra on this blog post.
What you will need:
- A quiet place to practice is essential, where no one and nothing can disturb you.
- Somewhere to lie down – this can be a yoga mat on the floor, a bed, or a sofa.
- A blanket, warm clothes, and socks. An eye pillow if you like.
Investment: £35 for 4 Nidra tracks to keep for life.
